missing ingredients missing spoons
i ordered seared tuna niçoise salad from the restaurant to my room, but it lacked tomato, eggs, anchovies, and green beans. cleaning service called daily even with the "do not disturb" sign active. coffee capsules and small spoons for tea were often missing in the room (staff took them to clean and didn't replace them).

polite staff excellent location themed dinner breakfast options
staff was polite. location was excellent. access to emirates mall was easy. i booked a themed dinner. i found the dishes were good. nabil served our table. he was professional. breakfast had many options. it met my needs.
the building design echoed into my room and it was a bit loud.

the fitness center includes treadmills. i saw stationary bikes inside. the pool area featured numerous loungers. i noticed a shaded section also exists to protect visitors.
